Polsteam provides second year students at the Maritime Universities in Szczecin and Gdynia and the Navy Academy a grant which starts from the 4th semester (second years of studying) and continues for 15 months. The monthly grant is PLN900.00. The only condition being agreement to work for Polsteam after graduation for a period of at least two years.

The company has already signed more than a dozen grant agreements.

Students from maritime schools are encouraged to apply for the grant.
