Polsteam owned 71 vessels, including bulkers and chemical carriers in the end of 2009, with total tonnage of 2.1 m. DWT.
    The company carried 21.2 m. tons of cargoes in 2009 (in 2008 it was - 21,6 m tons). The most of these cargoes was achieved on the spot market in the tough conditions of the crisis in the world maritime transport.
     The structure of the carried cargoes is as follows : grains – 5,7 m. tons (in 2009 – 3.5 m. tons), coal and coke – 4.3 m. tons (5.8 m. tons), phosphorites  – 0.7 m. tons (1.4 m tons), iron ore – 0,9 m. tons (0,3 m. tons), liquid sulfur – 0,5 m. tons (0,4 m. tons), dry sulfur - 0,3 m. tons (0.6 m. tons), steel - 0,3 m. tons (0,4 m tons). Additionally, 6.4 m. tons of cargo was carried by the Polsteam fleet in the time-chartered trips.
